I have been lifting for a year now. I have been going 5 days a week for 12 months and my routine is pretty solid. But recently i have hit a bad plateau and cannot gain anything. Decided to break through it with oral D-bol. First cycle ever and i figured i will do oral as an introduction to steroids.
Any tips or suggestions as to what I can do to help with my first cycle.
Such as any post cycle therapy
What to do and what not to do
