    Hey guys, what's the best way to hit your quads hard without being rough on the knees and is this a good price for deca ? This isn't like buying alcohol when you're 18....you don't have to make small talk first, it's okay to come right out and ask if something looks real (of course, a pic helps). And, no worries, i'm just messing with you a bit...judging from your first few posts you need just a *tiny* bit of that to check yourself and get well on your way to becoming a contributing member, if that is indeed what you intend to do.
