    Using Arimidex on cycle, doseage

OK quick question, ive read alot of different things on the doseage of this stuff. Im doing a simple course of 500mg if sus PW. Would 1mg of Amri E3D be ok? or does it really just depend on personal circumstances? Ive seen threads on here that say 1mg EOD but then some people have told me thats way too much! If someone could clear that up i would very much appriciate!

depends on the person, your first cycle?

500mg of sust.... you don't really need an AI generally speaking with that dose. Taking it on anything that coverts to E is a good idea, but Ace5 is right, 1mg way too much. I think you'd be good with .25mg EOD for only taking 500mg sust/week.

Were your prone to high e2 sides your first cycle? If so, I'd split the 1mg tabs in half (don't try to split them again) so you can dose at .5mg accordingly.

I started to feel gyno coming on, itchy nipples etc after around 4-5 weeks on my 1st course, so yes i am prone to them. I also want to try and keep the water retention down!
