Hey guys.
Currently doing 50mg/d Winni + 50mg/d Test. The daily shots are making it quite uncomfortabel to get a good work out in.
I dart glute/glute/quad/quad/bicep/bicep in that order. To try and spread it out over the week.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips to make the quads and biceps not so sore and uncomfortable for at least 3 days each. Or do i just power through the pain? Thanks
I usually do deca & sust so this is the first "ed" cycle.
