    Clenbuterol Cycle

    Hi,

    42
    12%BF
    6'4/240lbs

    In PCT after Test cycle.

    Want to run clen for it´s Anti catabolic/strength properties.

    Have read so many different cycles.

    2 days on/off
    10 days on/ 5 off
    2 weeks on/off
    3 weeks on/off

    Many cycles, especially the 3 week ones, suggest pyramid.
    And some write-ups stresses this as very important.

    Taurine seems to be a must?

    I just took my first 20mcg.
    Will take my second later today.

    So right now I´m thinking 3 weeks:

    40/40/40
    60/60/60
    80/80/80
    100/100/100
    120
    100/100
    80/80
    60/60
    40/40

    What ya think?

    Day 2, 40 mgs in one shot. See if I can do them in the morning instead of splitting up.

    I always did it all in the morning! I didn't have any issues like that and ive always thought two weeks on/off was best based on all that I have read!!

    using it during my PCT and love it man, stuck with only 40mcgs a day in the morning and retained most if not all gains and strength. will do in the future for sure

    I think you will adjust your dose as needed, some respond different and may need less/more. If I recall, back when I was still willing to risk Clen 's potential permanent sides, I ran 100 at the top and that was plenty good if I wanted to sleep ever again lol...

    Sounds good. Thats why I wanted to use. Especially being on vacation. When back home, I´ll jump on some HGH again for 2-3months, than I´m done.

    What are u referring too, insomnia?
    I think u are right, no need for higher doses. I´m changing my plan to 60mgs straight for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks off and a last 2 weeks on. Then I should have an idea how this stuff works.

    Ending this after 5 days. (60mgs)
    Sides too uncomfortable. Shakes, feeling of stress, insomnia, headache, lowered libido.
    Not for me.

    just do it early morning, if you cant handle the shakes lower the dose but they are there. It does work you just have to adjust. ive heard 1 week on/off is a great way to do it too
