HELP! Crashed nolva..

I bought nolva from arr about 6 months ago and have now noticed that the liquid is separating. I remember reading a thread a while back on what to do when it crashes but I cant seem to find it now. I know I have to put it in water which is nearly boiling but have no idea what to do after that.

All you have to do is shake it up mate.

I tried shaking, it looks better for about a minute but 5 minutes later it goes back to stuff floating around.

Do not heat it at all. Just shake it and use directly after shaking. Its a suspension. It will never stay completely mixed. I always shake my liquid orals before using
