Considering use of steroids please help!
Hey all just been googling and i found this site, seems like everyone here knows what there talkin about. Anyways ive been thinking of using steroids for a while now i am reallyyy underweight. Im basically looking to gain weight, muscle weight. Was wondering if steroids would help in "ANY" way to help me achieve that goal.

Height: 5'4
Weight: 110

na mate, steroids aren't going to put on weight for you out of no where(you need to EAT), i've been researching for months on AAS...your better off doing that, and start lifting for 6 months+ AND get yourself a proper diet full with proteins and a caloric surplus for you to put on weight.
you aren't too young either, with knowledge you can do it safely...but yeah your already underweight, so right a diet plan out, and sign up for a gym. you'l see results just from eating.

You should'nt use them until you reach your natural potential with with proper diet and training. Then... They can help you get to the next level. Read Ronnie Rowlands post "you've got to read this"

Straighttt thanks everyone. I have a eating problem, Ive drank alot of alcohol from all the partying these past few years, id say most weeks at least 4 days of drinking. I know thats very bad for my liver and steroids aint gonna do my liver any better. Since new years ive chilled out alot on the alcohol though drinking once or twice every too weeks, very big improvement. I started hitting the gym 3-4 times per week for bout a month now. Although I see no gains, i do see a big health improvement. I honestly think i have a problem with my appetite as im never hungry or i can go through some days with just 500 calories. Other days i can eat like a monster 2000-3000 calories. Im currently adding Waxy Mass protien shake to my diet. I shouldnt be asking her but anyone know anything about HGH and if it would help me? Sick of looking this skinny, aint a self esteem issue, i just wanna gain weight. Any helps appreciated thanks to all who took the time to read.

Any natural supplements to improve appetite? Besides smokin up lol? Havent been doing any drugs for about 4 years now.

best way to improve appetite is to just force-feed yourself for a while. Your body will get used to it and it'll be easier. You know the thing about your liver is it can take a lot of abuse and still recover (supposing you start living healthier). Really though, in all seriousness just food and good training is all you need for at the very least a couple years. Protein shakes are good, but don't use them as a substitute for eating good.

You know what I actually do I chew on sunflower seeds (with shells) and of course spit them out. But it works up my appetitie pretty well. I guess my body tastes food and is expecting food but then I don't give it any and then I actually get hungry. Try that out
and of course ur not ready for steroids . It is sad to think that some pppl think steroids r for a 100lb person who wants to gain some meat fast. Its ok tho bc u realized u were wrong. Goodluck bro

Didnt even read post after your stats, look for a balanced diet above your maintenance and find a workout routine that works for you. I wont preach but SS routines work good or I personally think a full body twice a week works good too.
Always keep in mind complex carbs are your friend 30-45 mins before your workout and broccoli is your gf because it slows down protein synthesis.
Basically:
Eat alot 2800-4000 cal
weight to protein formula for daily protein intake
SS or full body routine to start out
8hrs sleep
nuff said get to it

Thanks to all for all the advice got me thinkin twice bout roids. I will continue to force myself to eat and workout regularly and we'll see how that goes. I will post again down the road if i have any questions.
