For vascularity & hardness & burning fat in a cut var is better. Tbol is way cheaper and better for gains imo. Both have its place but to me they have different benefits.

im an athlete, and tbol worked well for me, gained some lbm on it and didnt loose any, also noticeable strength gains! TBOL!
you can also cut on it, it depends on the diet.

Also i agree with bor, that diet is the key. the gear helps but ive dropped 3% mostly becuz of my diet
