I'm not a big genetic limit guy, but, my point is, you've done one cylce and have been gaining well, you should not even be looking at blasting and cruising until it's needed...if ever.
At 21....to young to shut yourself down for such a long time, not worth the risks for anyone let alone a 21 year old.
the standard dose for TRT is 200mg eow.
250mg ew is too high for cruising, yet too low for any real gains.
Why would you want to cruise at 21?
you say you are OK with being on TRT for the rest of your life, but your life has barely started.
You should do a rethink on this whole agenda, and make a plan based on common sense and valid data. Yours doesn't make any sense.

Knowing what is going to happen for the next 50 years is a good trick that most realize they cant do so they live a little more conservatively unless this IS their life, body building and about 1% of the people who make that choice actually achieve it.
Also it's not just about the Test/Deca, you have to consider all the blood work to watch for other problems, E2, other thyroid issues, liver problems due to orals. You will be doing orals, dont kid yourself. So just to start you need to look at how much it will cost if everything works out perfect, if it doesnt you can multiply that by 10x or more.
To make a desicion like that at your age you had better be more than just dedicated and serious that this is/will be your life, your #1 dream/goal and nothing will change your mind because after a while there will be no turning back.

I've been on 300-600 of cyp for endless months
Added tren but it raped my lipids so I dropped it and went back to the 300-600 cyp
Gonna drop to 200/week soon and blast hcg/serms/hmg/ to keep my hpta/health in some sort of condition for 5-8 weeks

why would you want to do that? you're too young! you say you dont mind being on trt but but injecting yourself from the REST OF YOUR LIFE while not be fun. wait a few years and run a normal cycle. you'll get great gains and recover quickly because you're young. when i first starts I hated coming off but now that im 5 cycles done i enjoy the off time and clear my body of all that crap.
hey i would seriously consider doing a few cycles and then recover instead of shutting yourself down for a long time. You are 21 and that is seriously young to even conside doing trt. Think about it man it is not all it is going to be cracked up to be and when you are young your opinion and decisions change at the drop of a hat.

Run cycle than bridge with peptides, maybe var than jump back on cycle.
You'd basically be putting yourself on TRT, but at a higher dosage than normal.
Balls would shrink, sperm would die, possibly infertile for life w/o hCG.
RBC and lipids would need to be monitored.
Blood pressure might spike.
Higher chance for prostate enlargement/cancer, especially if you're predisposed.
You'd basically be using a schedule III drug unprescribed for the rest of your life. Even if you have a source for 5-10 years, who knows what the future holds? What are you gonna do when you are unable to get your drugs? Go to a doc and have him prescribe TRT at a dosage 40% as high as what yours was, if that. Enjoy that mess.
