drop novaldex or add arimidex?

hey guys,ive been on pharm gh 3ius ed for 4 mnths,i added test e 500mg a week now on week 6,i gained 15 lbs and strenght but holding bit of water,ive been using 20mg of noval a day.should i add arimidex in the mix and drop the noval or use both? if so what doses? 34 yrs old 6 ft 225 15%

that's way too much nolva to be using on cycle IMO. Drop the nolva and use adex if you need it.

I would drop the nolva and use aromasin if you can get some. I like aromasin over adex, just my opinion.
