Adequate PCT?

I posted in the PCT section, but it wasn't getting enough attention

Hey guys I am on week 4 of my Test Cyp only cycle and have nolva and clomid on hand for PCT. Do you guys think this protocol is adequate for recovery?

nolva: 40/20/20/20/20/20
clomid: 50/25/25/25/25/25

PCT starting 16 days after last injection (I know it should be 18, but it works into my schedule very nicely starting it on day 16)

I haven't decided if I want to take it out 4 or 6 weeks, I will probably do it based on how I feel. Let me know what you guys think

hi, yeah looks pretty standard PCT and a not very severe cycle so you should be fine with that.

Personally i would cut off the last week of PCT and double up doasges in the second week, others may differ.

you most likely wont need 6 weeks of pct. i like to run nolva at 40mg/ED for the first two weeks but thats just personal preference

cut the clom to 4 weeks and keep the nolv at 6

do 50/50/25/25 for the clom too

I think 4 weeks total should be fine for your cycle. Clomid and Nolva are a solid pct combo. Should be all you need.

thanks guys i will probably just run pct for 4 weeks due to the nature of my cycle and it being a very mild straightforward beginner cycle. So you guys for the most part are saying front load the nolva (40mg) and clomid (50mg) for the first two weeks then run half of that dosage for the remaining two weeks? Also, should i taper off (ie. 40/40/20/10) due to estrogen rebound?

yes thats a pretty standard pct my friend, you should ok with that, dont taper off - no need to.

i would run the nolva longer than the clomid
