    First Cycle Of PH's

    Day 1:

    Legs/Shoulders

    Day 2:

    Back/Biceps/Abs

    Day 3:

    Chest/Triceps/Calves

    Day 4:

    Off

    Day 5:

    Legs/ Shoulders

    Day 6:

    Chest/Triceps/Calves

    Day 7:

    Off
    ________________________________

    Diet

    Morning ( Wake Up ) :
    5 Eggs
    Maybe Some Meat


    Mid-Afternoon ( 2 Hours Later ) :
    Oatmeal
    Chicken/Meat

    Afternoon ( 2 Hours Later ):
    Chicken/Meat Sandwhich
    Peanut Butter
    Sandwhich


    Dinner: ( 4 Hours Later ):
    Chicken/Meat (Larger Amounts)
    Almonds
    Sandwhich


    Evening ( 2 Hours Later ):
    Oatmeal

    Supplements

    Morning:
    Animal Pak
    Cycle Assist
    Protein Shake

    Afternoon:
    Creatine
    Glutamine
    Methadrol Extreme
    Animal Pak

    Evening:
    Cycle Assist
    Protein Shake

    ^ Not planned out great yet. Still seeking advice when to take metha-drol.


    Of course PCT comes into play.

    I plan on taking LiqiNolva Im not sure about the dose yet, some help will be appreciated.
    Most likely keep on cycle assist, and maybe some post cycle support.

    It's not the best plan yet, but i do have much time before i do start my first cycle i am open to any suggestions.

    Currently 195 LBs, plan on bulking.

    Thanks, I will try to maintain my body as healthy as possible. Open to any opinions.

    age 22 and as most everyone will tell you, you should stick to food/diet. You should also start reading how many other guys your age have ED issues due to PH, TONS.... Yeah even with proper PCT and every one of them said it cant/wont happen to me.

    X2 hit the diet section bro.Diet is key and leave the prohormones alone.

    Im debating alot on just hitting the gym all in all more and change my diet as planned, but maybe i can do all this without PH's. Problem is its very hard for me to bulk up for some reason, possibly diet plan. Anyone could layout a bulking diet plan that would be great. Im thinking about just flushin the PH's cause that's alot of money and risky business.

    read in the diet section there is alot of info in there.

    You have to lay out some more. Just saying chicken doesnt help. That could be a bite of chicken or a whole chicken

    do not do PH
    it gives u many problems and i think im suffering from one now. i can not maintain an erection for long time even though i feel fine but i see the deference and its very depressing. day passing like this feels like a year
    and im your age 23

    Yep, i decided to not do them. Ive been debating for more than a month now, today i decided to flush the down the toliet. Not for me, id rather build muscle legit with the help of supplements and diet.
