Swelling of the glutes

Okay to start off I'm taking test 300 enanthate. I'm on my sixth week. My fifth injection on my right glute hurt a bit. I actually bleed a bit. My right buttcheck got swollen, it felt hard. Then I see somewhat of a lump on it. Compared to my left buttcheek. It doesn't hurt anymore and it has gone down a bit. There is no red area around it nor is it warm to the touch. I haven't had a fever, but last night I had a bad night. Kept waking up feeling a bit cold and then warm. Is that cause for alarm? I feel okay don't feel weak but I've read up that a fever or chills could be a sign of infection. Should I go see a doctor?

i don't see what stats have to do with it. You already have 4 injections under your belt so you should know if it is cause for concern. I had cellulitis in my shoulder from a prop injection and when I pushed on it it would discolor, kinda a yellish color, it stayed like that for 3 days and I felt like I had the flu. I went to doc and they gave me a shot and antibiotics, felt better 2 days. It probably would of went away in time, I just wanted to be safe. Put ice on that ass and take some alieve.
