Mate you can run both. I ran it the following way, but you can adjust depending on sides:
Day 1 - 2: Clen 20mcg / T3 25mcg
Day 3 - 4: Clen 40mcg / T3 50mcg
Day 5 - 7: Clen 80mcg / T3 75mcg
Day 8 - 10: Clen 120mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 10 - 11: Clen 80mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 12 - 13: Clen 40mcg / T3 100mcg
Day 14 : Clen 20mcg / T3 100mcg
Clen stops @ day 14
Day 15 - 20: T3 75mcg
Day 21 - 24: T3 50mcg
Day 25 - 28: T3 25mcg
Make sure your protein intake is high, and cardio is up to scratch
