hey guys just a quick question here, im currently on my 2nd cycle of testE and Dbol. im about 1 week into it, my question is when i wake up to do my cardio (which i do about 3 or 4 x week) should i be doing it on an empty stomach with just BCAA's and glutamine or should i actually take a shake? my cycle is solid so im not worried about my cycle just curious about the cardio. mind you this cardio is going to be low int.

BF % is pretty low and well kept (very clear and clean abs)
