Just shoot the dose into your mouth and chase it with something (as it will almost certainly be dissolved in grain alcohol).

I used 190 proof everclear so I guess thats good news. I am too much of a chicken, so I fill my mouth with OJ first, then shoot it, then take another drink of OJ. LOL

I generally drink a beer before I hit the gym...This is mainly due to the fact that I hit the gym after work and after working construction in the sun most of the day I gotta slam a beer when I get home..jes sayin....MMmmm beer...
