Ok, so I tried one day of 40 mg dbol and nips got sensitive so I discontinued use. I posted another thread on that a while ago and thanks to all tht helped me out and gave me info.

Im looking for more info now to do this right. I do not have a situation where I could use injectables at this point. I just do not have the privacy available to do this. I can pop orals no problem.

So here is what I plan, I would like to know what I need before I start.

I am taking Milk Thissle for liver protection. I take it now and will just keep taking it even after the cycle.

I ordered some LiquiDex to take with the the dbol to prevent the high estrogen levels. I was going to take this for a week or two before I started.

How much clomid do I need? Im looking at 20mg X 90 is that enough? Should I take it every day or just for PCT. I worry that I convert stuff to estrogen, thus my sore nipples after just one day.

How much Nolvadex do I need? I don't know if I need the 10 or 20 mg or how many I will need, when to take and how much!

Is there anything else I need to consider for this cycle?

If someone could show me something like this for what I take when, that would halp me make sure I understand everything

Week 1
40 MG Dbol
1/2 cc oral LiquiDex
Milk Thissle
20mg Clomid

Week 2
etc..

I have done alot of research, but there is so much conflicting info out there it is hard to sort thru the BS and the truth. I am trying to be as safe as possible. Thank you.

Brother that's a mess you got going on. Orals only, bad idea but to each their own. And I doubt one day of dbol gave you Gyno, but I guess you never know. No adex pre cycle for one. No clomid on cycle either. Milk thistle daily, yes. Adex .5mg eod should be fine. Clomid for pct dosed at 50-50-50-50 (mgs per day for 4 weeks) That's a lotta crap to do for something you're probably gonna end up losing anyway. Unless your in jail, you should be able to find somewhere to pin in private. Good luck

So used the liquiDex @ .5mg? Im using ar-r , is that the same thing as adex?

It sounds like you need to simplify matters. Go with test only for your first cycle. Use a long ester test (cyp or e) so you don't have to pin often. Get your pct planned out before you start. Skip the dbol for now. Just my opinion.

With the test e, i can do it twice a week @ 250 mg right? Are the bottles 1000mg? so one would last 2 weeks?

Dosage per mg depends on where you get it.
