Drinking alchohol when your on a cycle?

Just wondering if anyone had tips or advice as an overview maybe? I feel it kills your ability to train hard and get "good" sleep....

interupts sleep & eat. if you're serious skip it and I wouldn't drink when running orals or liver demanding gear that's for sure.

ps I don't get a hangover whilst on test.

I look at it like this...drinking alcohol on or off cycle is not a good idea for the goals we are trying to obtain. That being said...you have a little more protection from the negative aspect os alcohol consumption while your ON cycle but imagine what you'd look like if you DIDNT drink at all?
