1st cycle ever, need help

hi guys, been reading your posts for some months already, and also about many products such as m1d, natadol, stakabol, xabol, testabol and all the bols that might exist.. in the end i am lost. After 3 years of hard training, good diet, many supplements, portein shakes, glutamine, cretaine, NO, amioacids, GH, etc... have decided to take my frist cycle.

Friends and doctors always talk about the cons and i have researched both sides (maybe cicles are ot the most common things to do in my social circle here in spain), still need some guidance to start my first cycle and where to get it from (reliable source) any advice for a 'first timer' is welcome.

stats: 33 yo. 5'7''=1.70mts. 150#= 68 kgs, BF 14%.

170cm, 68kgs at 14% Bf indicates that your diet could have some issue's. Can you outline your diet first?

you need some more weight, your light at 150 to start a cycle. what are your goals?

I would suggest training for one more year naturally , meanwhile learn more about dieting and also continue researching all coumpounds ,pct and anabolics in general.

Like previously said your too light start a clean bulk and gain some muscle and mass.

You should do more researching , many guys here have researched for more than year.

More knowledge = better cycles and less mistakes.
