Test-e cycle advice. 22y/o
Stats
Age: 22
Height: 6'2
Starting weight: 165 (18 y/o)
Peak Weight: 222lbs
Current weight: 210 @ approx 9-10% bf
Years training: 3.5 years consistent
Best Lifts
Bench: 225x17
Squat: 375x5
Rack pull: 520x6
Dead: 455x5
Anyway, looking to run my first cycle of test-e @ 500mgs/week. I'll be injecting 250mgs twice a week, with 3 days in between injections. Cycle will last 10 weeks.
PCT will start 7 days after last pin and will look as follows:
Clomid/Nolva
Week1: 100/40mg ED
2: 50/20mg ED
3: 50/20mg ED
4: 50/20mg ED
Gonna have extra nolva on hand in case of estrogen sides during cycle.
Diet is going to look like this (my regular bulking diet) except I will probably add 6-8oz more chicken or tuna. Possibly even add more carbs because this diet got me to a bit over 220 (13-15% bf) then the weight gain stalled
So if you guys have any tips or advice for me regarding all of this or things you would do differently please feel free to share.Last edited by 600f4i; 07-11-2011 at 03:23 PM.

too young for gear, wait till 25. read the stickies and you'll see why.
ditch two of those protein shakes and replace with proper food.
at your age diet and good supps is all you need

It'd be better to have a proper AI for on-cycle purposes instead of extra Nolva. Aromasin or even Arimidex are great.
You think about running hCG ?
Also, if cycling I'd consider upping the protein a little bit.
Past that....you're too young. If you're dead set on doing it, at least wait a few years. The potential for long term damage to your endocrine system will be LARGELY reduced.

I'm definitively not opposed to waiting a couple more years. I just wasn't sure if I still had THAT many natural lbs left to gain after the 55-60lbs I have gained over the last 4 years, while still being relatively lean..

That's awesome. Defiantly gives inspiration
I guess I just had a lapse is patience as natural gains slooow down and you really have to just keep grinding away. It also didn't help doing this mini cut and watching my strength fall. Its pretty discouraging as I care just as much about strength as i do size. But I guess that's pretty expected during a cut

Very impressed with your attention to detail and keeping an open mind about making more gains naturally. From the looks of things you have better than average genetics for building muscle and staying lean plus the discipline needed to take things even further. Plateaus are going to occur with or without anabolics in the picture. Learn to break through them with diet and consistent training for the next few years. Good luck.

Very true words, thanks for all the advice.
Thanks for the nice words. Bodybuilding definitively is a marathon, not a sprint. Just took a back pic and compared it to one from 3 years, 1 month ago. i hope the next 3 years of natty training shows the same progress.... not likely!
