Torn acl
I Have a partially torn acl in my right knee and I've tried physio , ultrasounds , and some other exercise they showed me to strengthen the surrounding muscle but I still feel me knee is not 100%. I've been takin glucosamine which seems to help somewhat but as I said I can still feel it's not right. I am used to living a very active lifestyle and can't play alot of the sports I used to. I've heard that prolotherapy may help but it's very expensive, 200$ a session. I've also heard that hgh will repair the damaged tissue and deca my help with the joints, I've done some anabolic before but nothin to serious. I'm still goin to the gym regularly but my leg training and cardio has really suffered because I can't run anymore. Any insight/ info you may have on dosages or anything else would be greatly appreciated. I'm male 29 180lbs 5'11

look into peptides. IGF especially seems to be promising in healing.
and just get ur legs stronger, theres not much you can do for a ACL other than having strong quads and hammies.
