    Cycle help

    Hi, new to this site looking for help on a cycle that will suit my
    Training. I do alot of cardio running Thai boxing judo I would like
    To cut down to around 72kgs from 81kgs get ripped up and gain
    Some muscle mass! I am 5'9" 81kgs medium build. Ok diet high protein


    Any help would be great

    Well bro if you are not a weightlifter.Just jumping into aas isnt a good thing.Your tendons legaments and joints could suffer.I would recommend diet and a good workout routine.Hit the diet section.A good diet is key.

    Thanks I will be hitting the gym hard as well. I was lifting weights for around a year
    Before I went back to my cardio, will check out the diet section what would be your recommendations
    For starting out (how did you get started yourself)
