Im 6ft 4in
I weigh about 20st / 280lbs
iv been training on and off for the last few years
i eat fairly sensible for what i weigh
not sure on my bmi
iv just taken a membership out at the gym and the first thing i want to know , is there different kind of steroids to help lose weight but gain muscle or will it all help , all help is highly appreciated , thank you

Well at your age it's a heavy risk to touch any anabolics. Your endocrine system is not fully matured and you're also not in the right shape to start. Starting now could have you ****ed hormonally for life.
Diet, maybe hit up some ECA even clen but definitely stay away from anabolics for now.
In a few years when you're a beast (and with those stats I'm sure you will be) than give AAS a shot.
