    help torn bicep

    I need to know if roids will help repair the bicep faster...right now i can do nothing with my left arm....and it hurts bad...just got my MRI back and i have a partial tear of the left bi...doc app.tues....im thinking some good old enanthate will make it all better...i hope someone can help with this....thanks

    I forgot a add that im 56 years old 6' 205...havn't cycled in about 2 years...hurt bicep bending steel pipe... iforgot i was old

    No steroids will not help you in repairing your muscles if it is torn. And then even working out will make it worse! Rest and a good doctor will be the best advice.

    im not planing on working out...just hate not being able to do anything,i mean i cant even pick up a glass i water...i would love speeding up the repair time

    hgh mate i have problems with a shoulder i dislocated last year and get pain from time to time. it started after i had just started a cycle before christmas, i bought some hgh and the pain went very quickly. and even now if does hurt is not as bad as it was before.

    Sprint, sorry about your bicep. Be patient and let it heal so there isnt further or permanent damage done. You will be back in the saddle in no time.

    I am 56 also and feel your pain...As a fellow racer (although most of the time I go in a straight line) can I make a suggestion.

    They have a wide variety of tubing benders, we are way to old to be bending even 3/8 th 4130 by hand.

    How much is torn? Depending on your current lifestyle and activity level <20%, let it heal on its own. >30%, surgery is your best option. Your doctor will give you your options.
