    Basic Clen help

    26
    5-3
    124lbs
    about 20% bf

    Wants to do a clen cycle and idk how to advise her.

    Start at 20mcgs per day dosed twice and work up within the first week? Do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off?
    What should be taken with clen (benadryl, liver help?)?

    Slow fat loss is ok, safety and long-term health is the #1 priority.

    Will be run with anavar .
    I made the diet and it is 100% in check.

    Yeh starting at 20mcg sounds good. Working up to no more than 100mcg per day. From what iv read the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off protocol is usually the best thing to do with clen . As long as the diets g2g she should see some good results. Iv heard of benAdryl being used although not sure on the doses. I dint have much experience with clen but just my 2 cents for u anyway.     ok i got 2 questions i know the cycle and doese im supposed to take but i got 2 major questions!

    First when should i take my doeses of clen and t3 ? half in morning and half when i work out? or all at once in the morning then work out?
    Also what brand of t3 oand clen should i use and what bran of t3 should i look for when buying? PLEASE HELP THANKS!!

    I found that after 10 days the clen wore off...

    I also found that after a 5 day break and going back on I was defo refreshed if u know what I mean...

    So I was doing 10 on 5 off....

    The dose she wants to go to is going to be a personal thing as to what she wants to tolerate..
