    How many have trouble sleeping?

Im just wondering how many other's have trouble sleeping while on a cycle? And do you find your sleep habits changing depending on what stage of your cycle you're in.. I noticed it starting around my fourth week, lots of trouble falling asleep. Time to trade the blue DBOL for some blue valiums!

Sometimes i get useless sleep as i call it.

sleep one hour, wake up, see what time it is, back to sleep. repeat until alarm goes off then go to the gym hehe

Seems like if i am on with my vitamins and sups, diet and water intake it goes away. But no way to avoid it all the way i guess. sleeping pills dont work on me.

BUMP for anyone that knows more than us :P

Depends on how much weight I'm putting on. My last cycle I put on about 24 lbs and could barely sleep until my body got used to carrying that extra weight.

Damm i have the same problem. sleep one hour wake up, go back to sleep and wake up one hour later. I do this all night untill the alarm goes off and most of the time I do not need the alarm since I wake up like clock work. Although i have noticed at about 3-4am I can sleep for a good 2-4 hours uninterupted.

I am the same way but I think mine is from the Blood presser.

Try eating some grape fruit that might help reduce the BP.

I didn't have much trouble sleeping on my first cycle last fall. But I'm at the end of week 5 of my second cycle now, and starting this week I've begun having sleep troubles exactly like the ones the other bros have described in this thread. Tuesday was my last day on d-bol.

I tried some melatonin last night, and it didn't help. When I wake up in the middle of the night, my heart rate is way up, and I can't seem to find a comfortable position in bed.

The previous week I was waking up with night sweats, my sheets and pillow would be soaked with sweat, but I could fall back to sleep after moving to a dry spot. This week, no night sweats, but no quality sleep either.

On the other hand, my bench press is up 50 lbs....
