    Steroid help

    Alright, just after abit of advice from all of you...

    im 20 been bodybuilding for a year now, im very slim and now ripped.

    just wondered what would be the best steroid for me to gain more muscle but not bulk if that makes sence?

    i want a helping hand in getting more ripped?

    someone mentioned winstrol ? all advice much appreciated!

    you need to change how much and what you eat. Your diet can control that easily at your age. Your natural hormones are threw the roof

    i eat good and try to eat every 3 hours, i have protein shake at 7am and one after my workout around 7pm.

    Try more cardio with a clean diet, am cardio works well for most...

    i train legs, do quite abit of squats

    post what you typically eat a day. Food is what makes you put on lbs. If you would eat more you would gain weight either fat or muscle. So right now you are eating enough to stay the weight you are at.

    wake up and have a protein shake and cereal before work then around 10 id have some chicken and chrisps, around 12.30 id have more chicken, pasta and cheese, chocolate bar around 3pm around 6 id have dinner, then 7.30ish id have another protein shake after my workout, thats just roughly, i eat when i can, im a roofer so its hard!

    im 6ft 1, 11 stone 7, a year ago before the gym my weight was 10 stone 2, very slim but quite ripped, only ever had protein shakes no steroids , can bench 80kg 8 reps. took a year to get there, be being slim i thought that was quite good.

    thats your problem buddy. There is a diet section here, i would go there and read the stickies. But you need a real meal for breakfast. Lose the chocolate bar and have food. and add another meal later at night.

    Ok ill have a look, a real meal? i struggle to get cereal down me at 7am not a morning eater, so a meal for breakfast, whatt does my protein shake do? ill have a look at that section, cheers mate!

    good point, and cant go wrong with having both can i.

    what you recommend for breakfast?

    4 egg whites 2 whole eggs and oats.
    I would goto the diet section. There are guys over there with more diet knowledge then me
