just gave myself my first injection yesterday (right leg). 24 hours later my leg is aching, not just a little bit, it hurts to walk, sit down anything that involves my leg.
any advise or thoughts?

Haha. Sounds about right. Injections are usually gonna hurt, especially if its a first. For me they dont hurt until 2 days after the injection, then they go away the next day. It hurts less and less with every injection, typically.

Thats normal bro, especially if its test prop try massaging the site for a few min next time will help disperse n cut down on soreness
