advanced stack-NEED HELP!
Hey I wanna know the best combos for bulking/lean muscle gain.
Im thinking.
Test e-250mg twice a week (Mon and Fri)
Deca - Once a week (Wed)
D-Bol-30mg each day.
thinking of even putting tren -e in
for 12 weeks.
What u all think about it?
or any other better combination you think will work well?
i have been on a few different ones now.(test only ,test and winstrol , test and deca) so i am now confident with doing an advanced cycle by stacking 3 compounds together.

21 yrs old.
15% body fat.
bodybuilding for 3 years.
90kgs=190lbs
6'2
well i thought u know. 500mg of test e, 250mg deca each week, and d bol everyday, would be a step up from the usual beginner combo i do.
i dont mind about money or stacking multiple compounds.
i pretty much know everything about bodybuilding., but dont know much about stacking steroids .
ill be competing next year, so i dont mind about water weight and a bit of body fat increase.
what would b an advanced stack then u think guys? test, winstrol , primo, tren ?

You need to eat better, if you have been bodybuilding for 3 years and those are your stats... then something is messed up.
and that is a non educated 'advanced' cycle...

jus when u think you know everything is pretty much when u find out you dont know shit... Im jus sayin as a Marine that was one of our sayings in the Corp... when u start getting closed off and stop being responsive to suggestions is when things start to go wrong, that being said, whats the half life of test-E homeslice? nvm, this is pointless... and Dr pepper, i think dec11 is a bit to nice for a response, he needs some gixxer lovin =D

just had a comp. so i just cut down about 14 kgs=30 lbs. i was 220 lbs about 3-4 months ago.
im 20 yrs old. and people call me ,the prodigy, boys.
im not hating on any of u boys, but i look at devil doc, dec11, and t-gunz. and i have an easily way bigger stature and size measurements. i havent hit the 20 inch arms yet. very close. but like i said. im only 20. and ready to be taking it up some serious comps in the next few years. and the thing is. i was a marathon runner 4 yrs ago and turned into a bodybuilder. from a 55 kg (115lb) to a 95 kg in less than 2 years. so yea. i know a fair bit about all the effort in bodybuilding. and trust me. dieting is what i firmly believe in. i believe its a 80/20 ratio regarding diet/training.

your 6'2 190lbs and 15 percent bf%. If you got to a respectable bf level you would be skinny as hell and at 6'2 190 you are already skinny. hell you got 8 inches on me and only 15lbs with 2% more bf. You are no prodigy son.
post a pic cause i guarantee you look no where as good as the guys you mentioned

dont get me wrong. i respect everyone in the bodybuilding world u know. im very modest in the gym. when i see a guy bigger than me, i admit it completely and am not stubborn. i know whos bigger than me and whos not. and like i said im 190 contest right now. im usually hovering around 220. i can inbox u a pic. but i dont want to post it on the site

at contest you wouldnt be 15% bf.

If you cut down from 220 for a contest and you are still 15%bf at 190....
Being 6'2" and under 200 after 3 cycles.... Serious dude just eat better with your age you will gain good mass and keep it because you won't have to rely on excess test in ur body to build muscle...

sorry 15% is when i was 220. of course when im in competition mode, im hovering around 6%. if im 15% right now. what 30 lbs of weight would i have lost hah.

Mostly people who say they know everything , they do not know shit. You totally missed pct.
Learn about proper DIETING! I would have waited until I'm 24 before doing cycle.
Go to diet section and read the stickies and read all educational threads. Knowledge will take you far.

yeah i hear you. i have less than 2 years of experience in lifting and im 210 lbs and only 5'10'
but my diet has been spot on for the last 8 months. i messed up my self with PH and lose 8 lbs after it and felt like shit but thanx to the guys here 3 weeks into PCT now and i feel great
