im not hating on any of u boys, but i look at devil doc, dec11, and t-gunz. and i have an easily way bigger stature and size measurements. i havent hit the 20 inch arms yet. very close. but like i said. im only 20. and ready to be taking it up some serious comps in the next few years. and the thing is. i was a marathon runner 4 yrs ago and turned into a bodybuilder. from a 55 kg (115lb) to a 95 kg in less than 2 years. so yea. i know a fair bit about all the effort in bodybuilding. and trust me. dieting is what i firmly believe in. i believe its a 80/20 ratio regarding diet/training.
