Gyno emergency, please help!

First noticed gyno symptoms 3 weeks ago, it has progressed into the small pea size masses now. My nolva has been on back order with no sign of it comming any time soon. Ive placed an order for some with ARR but Im worried it to wont be here for a few more days either. I just found some research liq Exemestane thats probably 3+ years old. Can it still be good? If it is , what doesage should I begine with since gyno has clearly begun? Please help!!

Cycle: dbol @15mgs 4 weeks
test c @200mgs e5 days 12 weeks
hcg 500 ius e week 6-12

Not to bash you or anything but this is a perfect example why you should have your PCT setup way before a cycle

start using the old aromasin you have pyramid up from 12.5 mg's ED to 25mg's+ ed until sides cease

you should know better and have things on hand

if you have any DHT pro-hormones such as androsterone take that

or if you have any topical testosterone slap some of that on your scrotum

I could not agree more Always make sure you have all your compounds before starting any cycle + pct stuff, needles....

Agreed. You should never think your not gyno prone either, even if youve done multiple cycles with out it showing up.
Why and how should I taper? I started yesterday with 25mgs.

No need to taper the Aromasin only if your running letro. Just a little warning, I have never responded to l-dex, nolva or Aromasin once gyno symptoms show up Letro is the ONLY thing that helps me. Some others seem to respond to these treatments however.

Just started week 7. First noticed signs towards the end of week 4. I was hoping it was just dbol sides that would go away since I was practically done.
