tren/test/anavar??
wanting to run this as a cutting cycle for 6 to 8 weeks with a nice clean diet how does it look people?
tren ace 100mg eod
test prop 100mg eod
anavar 50mg ed
age 27
training for 11 years
weight 230 pounds
height 6ft 2"
bodyfat around 16%
previous cycles
deca 200 ml a week
sust 200 ml a week
for 8 weeks
second cycle
test e 400mg a week
for 12 weeks
3rd cycle
tren 100mg eod
test e 100 mg eod
for 8 weeks
last cycle
masteron 100 mg eod
test prop 100 mg eod
for 8 weeks
please note all the above cycles were run with proper pct

that means very different things to different people dude... but we'll let that one slide. as far as the other stuff, its good that you have a general idea of how u wanna run stuff, however you should evaluate cycles to attain your goals, until u do cycle #1 you dont know what you'll need for #3, ya dig? furthermore, are u talking about running the top cycle and the Deca one at the same time? or was that supposed to go with the test-E (hopefully), and you have some reading to do, 200mg of sust wont do much my friend, whats ur cycle history?

I can tell u that im running 100mg Tren -A, Masteron , & prop EoD with 100mg of winny, and 350mg Sustanon twice a wk and its going well... i wanted to run var instead of winny, but my boy wanted to run winny and we went halves on a couple of bags to help costs so i settled for that, i dont see anything wrong with the stack, you can stand to go a bit higher on the prop though depending on ur budget

cheers mate, budget is not a problem what dosages would you suggest then? and is 50mg of var ed enough?

im not suggesting to go crazy, and i think 50mg is enough var, 60mg max... however the prop u can go 150 EoD and the tren can be up'd to the same

add some T3 and I ran that cycle
I skipped the var some days
the back pumps can become intense
tren will rape you lipids so keep your lipid friendly supps on hand

Omega-3 (4g's+/daily)
Niacin (1-2 g two to three times daily/assess tolerence first)
Alpha tocopherol (1000-2000i.u daily)
Silymarin (1g/day)
Hawthorn Berry Extract (1g/daily)
Policosonol (20mg's/daily)
Beta-Sitosterol (2g's/daily)
Fiber rich foods
The list goes on and on
Cholesterol level has never been an accurate marker of heart disease risk. Homocysteine levels, c-reactive protein, lipoprotein (a) are all more telling.
But for the majority of people who are barely comprehending what there total cholesterol levels mean, It would be more productive to tell them to keep there LDL/HDL levels in good shape.

I was reading an article in this months MD that high LDL levels were linked with more associated with muscle growth than protein intake for the reason of the cholesterol acting as carriers

Interesting, it seems that low density lipoprotein can act as a signal in localized recovery zones from a quick google which is why it seams it helps with muscle development but the bad to that is that it can cause a buildup of fatty materials along the walls of arteries through the same mechanism.
Im sure we will find out tones of new information about how it all fit's together in the coming years.
