I feel the need to have a body in amazing condition through the peak years of my life, yes i have iv dropped 18pounds slowly and iv tried various things without trying to destroy my social life or mental state to drop more but it just seems to far a task with my social life school work and such, my cardio is tip top also. Can you help in the area of these compounds?
