    Lightbulb Need help starting? !!!

    Hi I'm 12 stone been training for about 4yrs. The last couple of yrs I have done a few courses of dbol 10mg and oxy's 50 mg went well with good results. I am looking to inject for my first time and I am unsure of what to use. My aim would be to get to 13 stone but not with bulk just lean muscle. Any ideas or some help?

    I'm 25. Bout 5.11" don't no my bf but imagine it's low

    This is very poor bro, your only 12 stone after numerous dbol and adrol cycles??? (which on there own are a bad idea)..

    Lets start with your diet mate, your the same height as me and i can easily get to 15stone without the use off aas. If your diet isnt right then you will never have success with aas and you'll just gain water weight which is lost as soon as your cycle is over......

    Please head down to the diet forum and post your full daily diet, lets start there...

    I eat like a horse 6 meals a day start with between 6-10 eggs omelette bowl of porridge or wholemeal toast. Next meal sweet potatoes n humus 3rd meal chicken with wholemeal pasta 4 th meal same again before training I have a whey shake after training a whey shake and another meal. I find it hard to gain weight. Plus not bout how heavy i don't wanna b bulky just lean
