    Plateau

    Hello everybody,

    It seems i've hit plateau hard i have not been gaining any size for the past month and my weight is not increasing. its week eleven of my cycle i've been on Eq 600mg/wk and Prop 100mg/EOD. i also been on Clen for the past two weeks .4mcg and raised it to .8mcg now.

    Can i jump into Deca for the next five weeks and drop Eq?

    A freind of mine saya i should just add 300mg/wk of Primo for some extra results in the next month as my cycle was planned for 16 weeks?


    What do u suggest?


    my status:
    Cycle: 4th (last years cycle was Tren 8wk & Prop 12wk)
    hight: 6ft
    weight: 91kg
    Body fat: haven't measured it lately but my six pack are visible.

    agree. clen is for cutting, not bulking

    clenbuterol can be taken while bulking, as it does increase appetite and it is ANTI-catabolic.. nothing wrong with lean gains. bulking does not always mean that you need to get fat, i don't go above 10%bf when I "bulk"

    although personally I don't use clen when bulking

    I would like to know if there is a compound i could use for the next five weeks to get more results, of course not including Tren Ace I'm not a fan of Tren nor DBoll & Anadroll.

    Ok,,, i need to hear from an experienced Eq. user if Eq. renders any additional results after week 12 ?? appreciate it,,

    Bro you need to do some research.Both compounds you come up with.Take along time to see results.Sounds like you are desparate.Try increasing your cals.

    I dont believe that the lack of gains is coming from the compounds but rather your diet. Unless your gear fake, there's no other logical explanation. Please post an example of a days diet including macros. In all the years ive been cycling, ive never once hit a plateau...maybe reduced anabolic sensitivity but never halted growth.

    more food. If you eat more you gain more. You have to keep increasing your intake. The diet that worked 10 weeks ago isnt enough now, your bigger. You were eating enough to get you to the 91kg you are at and thats all

    your strength going up? just because your not gaining doesnt mean your muscle mass isnt rising. If your losing 1lb of fat and gaining 1lb of muscle guess what,, scale wont change.

    yep ^^^^ i cant move above 14 2 and if i do i look bigger but gain fat which i hate im on week 10 of test-e and havent really gain anything gears good because side like spots,heat,strenght etc etc are all here but i look alot more cut now and was cutting but trying to gain alittle at the same time it is quite hard to do!!

    Eating may be the answer but I would suggest you totally scrap your workout routine and do something different. Our muscle memory can cause us to plateau. Find a new workout program and you will confuse the muscles into growth. I know, I know muscle confusion is a P90X catchprase that doesn't really exist but what it is-- using different muscles with different exercises that you aren't currently working with your current routine.

    agreeed. clen is commonly used in pct to maintain leaness while estro begins to increase as well as its anti catabloic effects. I have used in cutting and bulking amd like it both ways. Im a big believer that diet is the decideing factor wheather you bulk or cut...anyway back on topic sorry
