what time of day should i take pct?(clomid/nolva)

at night itme? whats best? how long does this stuff stay in your system? starting 50mg ed of Clomid after anavar only cycle. may switch to nolva if sides show up

i take it in morning,, sometimes clomid gives me hot flashes at night if i take it late
