anytime I hear someone say they are a hardgainer, immediately I want to know about the diet.

how's your diet? # of meals per day? calories? macros?

Cycle some food instead. If I were you I seriously would not jump on the juice yet. You're just going to waste a cycle. You have much room to grow naturally. Gear should be used for plateaus. And if you think you hit a plateau at your size, you need to make some major changes. Lift heavy, do the big 4, and eat the right foods and eat often. If you ever feel hungry, you took too long to eat. Keep that in mind.

And I don't know how others feel but a lean bulk is a waste of time. The body doesn't "lean bulk" very well. Bulk up and cut. I don't think there's any pros that are puttin' themselves into "lean bulk" mode.

Bro I am not busting on you.But you need to hit the diet section.Learn how to eat.You are way under weight and look like a runner. Not flaming.AAS will do nothing for you unless you learn how to eat.You will lose anything you get if any from aas. There is no shortcut for hard work.So I suggest you get on a good lifting program and build a base. You can achive so much more naturally. And using aas you risk damaging your tendons ligaments and joints with the added strength you will have. Not worth the pain.Good luck!

Just looking at your pictures, I can tell you are a hard gainer. Just the body type. Like songdog said, you need to focus on diet first. I am the complete opposite. I am endomorphic, so I LOOK at pizza and i gain weight. I have to slave away, as you say, except in the opposite direction. I had to slave at cardio for almost a year just to get my BF low enough to even consider AAS. But with your body type, all the AAS in the world isnt gonna bulk you up unless you eat right. In some ways, I would prefer your body type. You could eat just about anything you wanted, so long as it was relatively clean, and bulk up eventually. When I use AAS, I literally have to live off of chicken, tuna, pasta, and oatmeal. Anything else and I gain fat like its going out of style.

All im trying to say in my ranting is that you need to focus on a good diet. If you go research heavily on a good diet for your body type, post your diet ideas in the diet section, let members critique your diet ideas, then you may possibly be on the right track.

And if that is your diet you plan on being on while on AAS, you will go nowhere. That doesnt look like nearly enough to sustain and bulking. Just my opinion though.

I dunno. I know people who still smoke and drink when they are gearing. I personally dont touch any of that stuff when I am on cycle since my body is getting messed with enough.

But you need to be extremely strict with your diet. Most people that fail at AAS is because they do well on a diet for the first few weeks and then get sick of it and go back to their usual eating habits. I always have to force feed myself the first few weeks into a cycle before the metabolism and appetite start to kick in and then I cant seem to ever stop eating.

Hit up the diet section, read as much as you can, plan out a thorough diet, post it for critiques, and we will go from there.
