You on cycle?
This happens to me frequently if im bloating or leaning out. Skin get tight over muscles and restricts blood flow in veins.

This happens to me occasionally, I've always assumed its because i tend to sleep on my hands with my arms above my head

This also happens to me on occasion and I typically sleep with my arm underneath my pillow. It typically only happens with my left arm though but I've woken up out of a dead sleep with my left arm completely numb to where I could almost not even pull it out from under the pillow! It freaked me out and when I finally got it out the whole thing was numb and took a while to get feeling back. I was worried about how long there wasn't blood flow and whether the arm or part of it could actually die if it was constricted for a few hours during sleep. I try not to sleep like that but that's the most comfortable for me.....

I try and sleep with my arms down by my side and this seems to alleviate the symptom greatly.

Usually happens to me more often when on growth along with three fingers in each hand. I would imagine having a general pump in the morning would also cause this since I will usually wake up with a overall pump in the am's if on gear.

Its possible a pinched nerve? Any extreme water retention by chance?

i used to get this all the time when I worked at the sawmill as a kid.
it may have something to do with repetitive motion syndrome, cartilege being pushed against vessels by muscle tissue?

That's been happening to me my whole life, bro. If you sleep with your arm under the pillow that's what happens. No need to worry.
