Clen Question
Hi all,
New to forum so hello..
I have been using various ECA stacks off and on for a number of years and feel its time to change. I'm not really gatting the same benefits as I once did. I'm now 40 yo and train 5 times per week and come in at 84kg. I have some stubborn fat which I can't cut so have decided to try Clen . I have bought 100 x 0.05mg tabs. 0.05mg equates to 50mcg and have read that some folk start at 60mcg for the first few days then gradually up the dose. My plan is for a 2week cycle on then 2 weeks off. I've not used clen before but as mentioned used ECA on a regular basis for sometime. Can I have some advice on the 2 week cycle dosage please? I'm thinking day 1 25mcg. What dose of taurine should I supplement?

Your problem, the reason your effects/results have fallen off, is one of receptor saturation. Both products are absorbed at the same receptor level (Eph - all betas, Clen - the beta-2), so switching won't resolve the problem. Coming off will work as in your proposed 2wk cycle method, but I've found that as the profile states cleansing/refreshing truly works, w/o the need for coming off. A first generation anti-histamine like benadryl does this. For more read the profile:

Thats very useful info. Thank you
I'll pick up some benydryl tomorrow and some taurine.
I'll then take a weeks break from using anything.
I've always found that my ECA gave me a stimulate/gym high. Haven't really been bothered by it. Does CLEN give the same effect?
