    Clenbuterol & oxyelite pro good or bad idea?

    Is it a good idea? I talk about 3 pills oxyelite pro a day (of course starting with 1-2), max 4 pills and about 10-14 mcg clen? 20 % bf atm

    pointless. Clen may help but best answer is diet and cardio....post up your diet in the diet subforum and let the guys dissect it

    Guys, im cutting from 29-30 %, now im 20, its time to use some help from clen & oxy, i ask is it a bad or good idea? Im doing enough cardio & weight training, loosing fat, just want to increase the process. Thanks.

    The guys here will help ya out bro but they are asking about your food intake/diet not so much the cardio. What you'll find is most people no some of the things not to eat (pizza, candy etc) but have no idea what they should be eating. The diet is the biggest part in cutting bf not a pill. They just want to make sure nutrition is on point before giving advice about pills. Nothing is gonna cut ya up if the wrong food is going in the mouth.

    oxy is a waste of money..... other than for energy.

    I've taken both at the same time. Didn't do any more than Clen alone. You re better off with more cardio.

    Guys, im afraid you didn't understand me.. most of all. Im losing fat. I do 2 training sessiosn per day - first time morning, on 10 grams bcaa, 35 min low intensity cardio pulse around 110-140. The second training at night, is it either HIIT, or weight lifting. At this moment i don't do legs .. first because of injury, second because of the cardio. I do stationary bike only. It works fine for me. I don't run, i have alot of knee pain when i run. Sometimes i swim. I am somethnig like ketosis diet. 50-60 carbs day, other is fat & protein. Works amazing for me this diet. I ask is there any problem if i combine them both. I don't have no problems with my lunges,heart or whatever. Thanks for the help from now ;-)

    I don't know if it's a good idea or not but it sounds like your doing fine without it. You already dropped 9-10% BF. I would keep going at it and tweak the diet. If you don't see results from that then give it a shot.

    No, it's not.
    Clen is serious business, and if you decide to use it then just be smart about it. (either cycle 2/2 or use keto, supplement with potassium and taurine, watch BP and HR)

    OEP is nothing more than a cobbled together mess of stimulants. Literally the last thing I'd want to add to something that's already got my heart working its @$$ off.

    I used clen last summer, 2 cycles for 30 days. Never went more than 16 mcg, and never had any problems - muscle cramps,sleep, or whatever ppl got problems from clen. Just my fingers were trembling.. werid i don't know the word Q_Q

    Dont add it in an start adding in squats and deads if you can that will help

    i agree mixing both can be dangerous. pick 1 if you are going to use something
