critique my cycle

Age 34
222 pounds
6'1
BF% not to sure so i will upload a pic.
Goals : Not looking to get big just to gain lean body mass and lose some fat.

Im thinking of doing
Prop 100mg EOD Wk 1-8
Tren Ace 75mg EOD Wk 1-6
Anavar 40mg ED Wk 1-4 or 1-?

Last one i did 16 months ago was tren/test prop/winny
Wk 1 - 10 Test Prop 100 mg E.D
Wk 1 - 8 Tren Ace 75mg E.D
Wk 6 - 10 Winny 50 mg E.D

Like to do Winny this time again as i have some on my hand for approx. 4 weeks but got to be really careful with winny usage, can cause brittle tendons and cartiledge which makes for a lot of injuries as it dries out your joints. So hence Anavar instead.

why are you going from ED shots to EOD shots?
what is your planned PCT?
HCG on cycle?

Proviron throughout and wk 11-15 nolva and clomid
No HCG on cycle.
So you think i use winstrol although im using the Anavar to begin with.

i would add HCG on cycle. 250iu 2x a week.

do the anavar first then the winny to harden up at the end of ur cycle.

I dont think my source had HCG. i just uplaod my pic in my Avatar/profile so you can get an idea about my body fat levels as i have no idea what it is...
