Beginning my first cycle and need tips

I was planning to begin my first cycle within the next month but i still need a few things clarified. First of all i was thinking of just having a small first cycle of course which consist of 10ml of deca and 10ml of sus. the plan was to take 1ml of each, each week just to see how my body reacts to it before i start a proper cycle. Ripping up is not really a priority to me at the moment so i just want to put on mass now. Do you think i should use the suss and deca or is there a better combo out there that would be more effective.

I've been training for four years now, and my training has always been consistent. the way i train is day1 chest-bi's, day 2 shoulders-legs and day 3back tris. I go through that routine twice a week, so im training 6 days a week. When taking steroids would this be an affective method for training?

I've also started getting my diet in a proper routine for the past few months to prepare my self for a clean diet while on the steroids.

Is there anything wrong with the way i plan to administrate and train while on the steroids?
    Thank you

I havent done a cycle yet but from all the threads I've read it looks like test alone on the first cycle is a good place to start. That way when you cycle in the future you will be able to target where(if any) gyno comes from. Also you need to post your stats(age, weight, height, training experience). It wouldn't let. Me look at your profile on my phone but if the 1991 in your user name is an indication of your age then your to young. You dont want to mess your endocrine system up.

    AGE
In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

    TRAINING
You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development

    DIET
A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins, carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.

No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment

i dont to pretend to have any knowledge of AAS,Everybody is different and there body reacts different.I myself started my first ever cycle 6 weeks ago just 1ml/100mg of deca a week, just for for my joints.and was advised waste of time and should take test as well and i would get Deca dick and possible other sides.so far no sides at all my Libedo is fine, plus i was 16 stone 4 just 6 weeks ago and now just under 17 stone.not that i wanted to gain weight, but its quality gains and my elbow have improved ten fold. in a nut shell obviously there are some very knowledgeable people on here, and its good to get advice, but as i said earlier we are all different and we react different

yeah that's true but i guess its all about minimizing the risks of anything happening. As they were saying more shit can go wrong taking it younger then when your older. But the risks are always there.
My problem is that i feel that i have pretty much achieved the size i can grow to naturally. and i have been training for awhile, and its been consistent and hard training. from starting off benching 30kg and benching 120kg now i've come along way in both size and power.

Well post up your stats with your height, weight, age , bf % and let others decide have you reached your natural limits. Pictures would be helpful too.

Your still too young for a cycle.

Could somebody remove my message below I kinda double posted.

bf% i've been working on dropping it, in the past 2months or so i've dropped 8kg. I was initially planning to lose the weight the jump on the cycle but people told me you lose more weight while on it so i was planning to just lose most of it and grow whilst on the cycle. But im not to sure any more. Is this age thing such a major factor. I know its worse to start young but is it that much different and better for you to start older?

Well, just listen what other suggest to you.

Most of guys who say wait until your old enough aren't doing that to mess with you , there is serious risks if you start juicing too young. Your over 18 and you can read the educational threads and research on different compounds. Just research and it will be easier to cycle , when you have some knowledge.

yeah your right, i might try setting a strict diet to achieve the best outcome and just keep ingesting all the things i get my hand on from gnc lol.

for my supplements, im taking black powder and cr8 carnage before training, amino acid (Controlled Labs Purple Wraath ) during training, and pretty much just eating my protein but when im in a rush i just use the low carb gnc protein. I also have my fish oil and multivitamin in the morning and recently started using usp oxyelite to lose weight

246 lbs at 30% body fat put you at around 172 lbs of lean body mass. At 6ft tall I would say you can gain a little more naturally. Just my opinion. You should also get down to at least a minimum of 15% body fat. Some guys will even say that is too high. I'd shoot for 10%... its hard I know, I was facing the same problem but you'll be glad you waited. It's for your own good bro. You don't want to develop man tits which at that high of body fat you have a good chance at doing so. The more fat you have the higher your estrogen level goes. Think wisely young bro.

OK then I've decided to put it off for now and keep going natural. i was talking to my training partner and he goes i shouldn't do cardio every day since ill lose to much muscle. He told me to do between 500-1000 reps for abs and i was thinking of doing 5minutes boxing and 2minutes cardio along with that every day, also ill do one hour cardio once a week. Do yous think this is a good plan to lose my fat around the stomach while maximizing my chances of losing less muscle?

    so far this is my diet plan;
    9am - 4eggs (2yolks) multivitamin and fish oil
11-12 - half a cup of brown rice with salad and fish meat or chicken
1pm-2pm - ISO high carb protein shake (40grams carb, 32.5g protein)
training- black poweder, amino acids, creatine
4pm - chicken, meat or fish with mixed vegetable
6pm - chicken, meat or fish with mixed vegetable
9pm - gnc low carb protein (30grm protein, 2gram carbs)

my 4pm and 6pm meal my get substituted by the low carb protein shake depending on my were about
