Hey guys..I figured I'd ask this even though I finished my cut a couple of weeks ago. I'm not really sure if I lost any muscle, but I wanted the forum's opinion on the way I cut.
My cycle was 300mg Prop/Week, 50mg Var ED for 6 weeks.
So my maintenance calories came up to 3800 at my bodyweight. So I figured in order to cut subtract 500 and I had 3300. On my none work out days I ate 3300 calories (2 days). On the other 5 days, I would wake up, take 200mg Caff, 24mg EC, 15g BCAA, 5g creatine and 30g of Isolate whey. 15 Minutes after I would do 35 minutes of cardio. During those 35 minutes I burn approx 300 calories. My whey shake has 150 calories, so subtract that from the 300 burned via cardio I came up to a total of 150 calories burned. 150 + 3300 calories comes up to 3450. So ON training days I cut on 3450 cals a day and on rest days 3300 a day. Does this seem like an efficent way of cutting while preserving my muscle mass? or do you guys think this would lead to muscle loss?
