what about testerone(injectibles) and Dianabol(oral)
Lets say 8 weeks of testosterone at 500mg per week
and 4 weeks of Dianabol at 25mg daily
so example
I would inject test on monday at 250ml and on thursday at 250ml ......making it for 500 per week
my question is when do i take d-bol
do i take it after the 8 week cycle of testerone for 4weeks or
do i take it during the same cycle as i am on test on tuesday and wednesday ?

i will but wont give him advice. Any beginner cycle should b a one co,pound cycle. That way if something is screwing u up u know what it is..

i been working out for 1 year straight
and can tell you i probally mised about 12 or 10 days during that 1 year period

and basic first cycle is 10-12 weeks of test e or c at around 500mg/EW. Just stick with that and I promise you'll be very happy with the results. No need to add multiple compounds on your first cycle.

good beginner cycle u are light to start but hey as long as ur 21+ then i cant say shit cuz im light...dont do a non dht other than light dose dbol imo
I agree. Keep it simple the 1st few times.
You need to get more time under your belt in the gym and build more of a natural base imho, 12 months is nothing and you could gain more tissue by learning how to train properly and how to eat to grow. Gain more natural weight first and at least another 12 months in the gym.

Yes more time in the gym, esspecially considering you are 164 and wanting to tone up. That should be your first warning sign. Do you toning up naturally while like Marcus said, still learning how to compete with physics.
