    Need help burning more fat

I haven't used gear in 5 years but I remember using clen to help lean out but now I am training again and I have my nutrition down but I thinking about getting some Clen to help aid in the fat burning. Any help or suggestions?

How much are you trying to lose? What is your time frame? What are your stats?

When you say you have your nutrition down please explain... are you eating to lose fat or eating as if you are lifting to put on some size?

    Post up your diet bro.

Losing weight is a simple formula unless there are hormonal or other underlying issues:
calories eaten < calories burned = weight loss
calories eaten > calories burned = weight gain

Limit your calories and saturated fats. Eat veggies, fruits, fiber, protein and complex carbs. When doing your cardio stick to short intense bursts rather than long distance steady paces.

Sure clen can facilitate the weight loss but my personal opinion is you really don't need it unless you're trying to lose A LOT of weight in a relatively short time.. but thats not very healthy either though.

    Post up your stats.

If you throw all common sense out the window, then yes.
A modest caloric deficit (IE: 500-700cals below TDEE or "maintenance), combined with sensible and consistent diet/nutrition/rest is the best way to lose fat.

I've cut using clen , EC, and no aids before. While clen did expedite my results a little bit, I won't be using it again. All I need (at my stage) is diet, exercise, consistency, and hard work. There is no subsitute for that.

If you do decide to run clen:
-start at 20 or 40mcg/day, tapering up 20mcg daily. Once the sides become too great, back off 20mcg and stay there.
-decide if you want to run a 2 wk on/2 wk off scheme or just use ketotifen
-dose taurine daily. Most recommend ~3g, but I went with 5g. It's dirt cheap and a nice insurance policy.
-dose potassium daily. I went with 400mg daily. It's dirt cheap and a nice insurance policy.
-watch you heart rate, especially during cardio. It was not an issue for me, but most DO have an increased HR from clen, some to the point of danger.
-maintain a caloric deficit regardless if you're running clen or anything else

Dude Im not talking about starving yourself! That's not healthy either but if you dont eat less calories than what your body uses throughout the day, you will NOT lose weight. You have to remember his goal is to lose enough weight so he can start another cycle.

At 34% you got a little over 100lbs of fat. Lets say you want to get down to 10%, your ideal weight would be 221lbs. You got 5 months to get to your goal which makes it 9lbs per month or 2.25 lbs per week you have to lose. You can do it bro. Are you doing any cardio other than lifting at high reps?

Another thing, have you had any blood work done?

lol... its all good bro at least you working on it. Whats important is that under that fat, by your weight, you seem like a pretty solid guy. No sweat man... just keep your diet in check, continue to work hard, you'll see results.

There's no reason why you can't try clen though. Give it a shot... if it works for you then great. Just keep an eye on your heart rate while on it.

If I where you I wouldnt use clen yet .If you just started thid routine 3 weeks ago don't be suprized if you havnt seen much yet. 9 pounds a month is a lot but not crazy imposible. Just keep it up... MY EXPERIENCE WITH CARDIO FOR FAT LOST!!!= I started to loose weight and burn fat when I stopped using tread mills and stair machines and actually got on a 400 meter track with a stop watch. Get some interval training in on a track and watch your progress (push yourself a llittle) It made all the difference in the world for me.

Thanks for all the support, I think the interval cardio training away from the cross-trainers is KEY, now I am on the hunt for some clen .....
