    They're all corticosteroids, which reduce inflamation.

    You want anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) which do not come in an inhaler.

    i know thier not real steroids but i thought they helped build up the body because thier banned in sports?

    No, they're banned because they open up your airway and potentially give you an unfair cardio advantage.
