Need info for my first summer cutting cycle
So I'm a newbie to this site. I did the recommended and read the IMPOARTANT sections, I also read the anabolic review for the two steroids I will refer to(Winstrol /clenbuterol .) This was a load of information to me considering I knew nothing about steroids, I feel much more comfortable with some knowledge. So here are my concerns/ questions. I am 24 years old 6'1" tall and 245lbs. I have been active in football, wrestling, and jui-jitsu most of my life. I hav always been 30-45 lbs over weight(unable to see deffinition in muscles). I am around 20% body fat. I would like to cut 30-40lbs without bulking in size to much or at all. Some ling time friends who are big in the local MMA scene turned me onto Winstrol. I have been taking it for 6 days now at 50mg p/ day. I am starting to notice definition in my forearms as well as arms and shoulders. Another friend of mine who has been using steroids for a while suggested I stack with Clen . After readin up on it on this site it sounds like what I need. Is this relatively safe? Effective? Any dosing suggestions? All info shared is much appreciated for your time and knowledge. Thanks

hey buddy, seems were in exactly the same boat - i just posted 3 mins before you about getting some advice for my first summer cutting cycle. sorry that this isnt answering any of your questions because im probably a bigger newbie, but with winstrol , what gym routine were u using for the 6 days? any side effects? tablet or injection? what was the price of it? Hope all goes well for you!

Also I use whey protein for meal replacements often and creative post workout. Are either of these a conflict with the Winstrol ?

After six days of winny, noticing more muscle definition this soon is probably a placebo effect. As for winstrol itself, you would typically want to take it with test as it does have the potential to shut you down. I would not recommend either right now to you.
At this point, diet will be the biggest determining factor. Check out the diet section for some suggestions. If your diet is on point, clen will help you. Being your first time it is best to start with 20 mcg daily and increase by 20 mcg each day until you feel the side effects (headaches, shaky, increased body temp) Typical using is approx 100 mcg / day
