TEST PROP and HALOTESTIN CYCLE Question??
Everytime I plan A cycle and post it you guys yell at me and then I change my mind. I am a 5 k ruuner and sprinter (non competative) . MY goal = strength , endurence, better workout recovery, speed . I DONT WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT OR BULK . I give up now , I hear your words... !!I WILL ADD TEST!!!! . would halo and test prop be a good cycle?? Well have at me

I would do that cycle. Now plan out a mg dose and length and a pct and HCG on cycle

GOD BLESS YOU!!!! WE have a starting point.- I was thinking 100 mgs prop every 3rd day and 20 mgs halo ed. for 1 month hcg and nolva for pct . Remember I dont want to bulk up so Im kinda want to go a little low on the test.

It's good for what you want to do, however, I'd eliminate the halo and run the prop by itself. I'm assuming this would be your first cycle? If so, stick with one compound for now. Especially not knowing how your body will respond to elevated artificial hormones. IMO.

Yeah 1st cycle.1 compound.Plus when you do run Halo run liv 52.

you dont have to run a higher dose but prop needs to be injected atleast eod

I don't see that being very beneficial for long distance running.
A bit of Test E and EQ would be best, IMO.

Gotta agree with BP here...
If your running prop for the first time your going to feel like a pin cushion and with painfull lutes and quad shots I would expect it to have a negative effect on your running....
I think a long ester like Enth that isnt going to bother you would be more appropriate.
I also dont think you need to run a high dose, 350-400mg of test per week is going to help with recovery...

I am trying to stay thin. I am going for the skinny but strong type of training. This isnt my first cycle either . I have done d bol drol and injacted tren . Ironically I have have never used test. I have had good results. This time . I am a little more focused on my goals . So lets change it= test prop every other day. And halo 20 mgs pre workout. By the way 5k isnt really that long of a run . Its 25 minutes or so. I would go with eq if I was a marathoner also. I do a lot of 200 and 400 meter sprints also
