    First Test E Cycle

    Hi guys been doin a bit of research for my first Test E cycle in the near future, would like to know what you guys think?

    My stats are

    25 years old
    90kgs (198lbs)
    186cm (6"1)
    7% BF
    been lifting for 4 years

    daily food log

    meal 1:

    2 cups of oats with skim milk
    whey protein shake with water and flax oil
    5g BCAA

    meal 2:

    300g chicken breast (boiled)
    2 cups of green vegies
    1 litre of water

    meal 3:

    300g chicken breast (boiled)
    2 cups of green vegies
    100g salmon
    1 litre of water

    pre workout:

    whey protein shake with water
    5g BCAA
    3g DAA

    post workout:

    whey protein shake with added carbs with water
    5g BCAA

    meal 4:

    500g rib fillet steak
    2 cups of green vegies
    2 eggs
    1 avocado
    1 litre of water

    meal 5:

    2 cups of no fat cottage cheee
    100g salmon
    whey protein shake with water and flax oil
    5g BCAA

    TEST E CYCLE

    week 1 - 12 test e 500mg per week (shot mon and thurs)

    week 14 - 18 nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20/20 ed

    week 14 - 16 aromasin @ 25/25 ed

    also have aromasin on hand is sides start like gyno bloat etc @ 25mg ed until gone

    any comments will be greatly appreciated

    Good to see someone doing some research. Looks good for a first cycle. Have you considered using hcg?

    Where's the carbs in your diet?

    i have considered it but thought i would not need it with this cycle since im only using the one compound and should be able to bounce back with the aromasin.

    only carbs are in meal 1 and after a workout, ive cut down my carbs to reduce BF my energy levels are normal never not feel like goin to gym, i live for it

    hcg is always a good addition and make the recovery much faster\
    everything else looks good thou

    ok guys ill take the advice on board and will get some hcg for my pct

    No, he meant run the HCG during your cycle- not for PCT and by the way, you need Carbs to grow- just sayin'...

    thanks jakked ill add some more complex carbs to my morning meals

    no need to add hcg to this cycle,, if you got it use it, if not dont worry about it.

    Cycled looks good. I'd consider running the test for 14-15 wks tho. I've got my best gains right around wk 9-13. I'm just saying if you wanna get the most out of it I'd run it a lil longer. Having an AI on hand is a great idea. Someone doing research.....imagine that. I used adex when i got gyno symptoms and it was gone within a few days. Additionally i think aromasin would be a better AI for this since it doesn't have the estrogen "bounceback" like adex is supposed to have. Although I never noticed it. I might run the nolva a lil higher a lil longer, something like 40/40/20/20. I've ran that a couple of times now with no issues, bloodwork even looked fairly good.
