Hi guys been doin a bit of research for my first Test E cycle in the near future, would like to know what you guys think?
My stats are
25 years old
90kgs (198lbs)
186cm (6"1)
7% BF
been lifting for 4 years
daily food log
meal 1:
2 cups of oats with skim milk
whey protein shake with water and flax oil
5g BCAA
meal 2:
300g chicken breast (boiled)
2 cups of green vegies
1 litre of water
meal 3:
300g chicken breast (boiled)
2 cups of green vegies
100g salmon
1 litre of water
pre workout:
whey protein shake with water
5g BCAA
3g DAA
post workout:
whey protein shake with added carbs with water
5g BCAA
meal 4:
500g rib fillet steak
2 cups of green vegies
2 eggs
1 avocado
1 litre of water
meal 5:
2 cups of no fat cottage cheee
100g salmon
whey protein shake with water and flax oil
5g BCAA
TEST E CYCLE
week 1 - 12 test e 500mg per week (shot mon and thurs)
week 14 - 18 nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20/20 ed
week 14 - 16 aromasin @ 25/25 ed
also have aromasin on hand is sides start like gyno bloat etc @ 25mg ed until gone
any comments will be greatly appreciated
