    Hello, I'm working out the details of my first cycle, please help me with some imput.

    Hello all, this is my first post. (I meant input)

    I'm a 22 year old ectomorph, 6'3" and weighting 155 pounds.

    I have been working out for about 2-3 years now, I have come along
    way, but would like to go further by bulking with this cycle. This is what I have in mind:

    Weeks 1-4: D-bol (Methandrostenolone @ 25mg? per day)
    lixus Deca 300 (Nandrolone @ 400mg? per week, (I'm going
    for bulking, so what's a good dose for my weight?)

    weeks 5-10: lixus Deca 300 (Nandrolone @ 400mg? per week)

    O.K., I know I need Testosterone in there, however I'm not sure on the dosage
    and how often I'm to use it. I'm also considering Anti-progesteronic drugs, like Cabergoline, and Letrozole for fighting water retension.

    Also would someone please shed some light on what I should do for liver protection? is that something I need to worry about during my cycle or PCT?

    Other notes, my work out routine will be 6 days a week, running supersets.
    My diet will hover in the 4000 calorie range.

    You're stats are far too small.

    Please post you diet here or in the Diet Forum.

    At 22 and those stats you have an awful lot more growing to do naturally, then think about hitting the AAS.

    What reading have you done here to come up with such a proposed cycle? Because it seems of what little reserach you have done, isnt that accurate.

    I can only concur with Swifto and hope that your willing to listen to the advise you need rather than the advise you want to hear

    I would like your help in keeping the margin of errors to a minimum.

    You wont get any help here from knowledgeable people.

    with those stats, you are way more likely to hurt yourself more than help. Esp when you get that mental boost of gaining weight and strength, you wont be able to control it which will injure your tendons and ligaments because they arent accustomed to the additional weight.

    you will fall into the perfect example of scare tatics to push people against AAS.

    For your own health and wellbeing, EAT better and if you need that 'boost' *the mental game can play a big part* look at supplements (NOT PROHORMONES, those are WORSE than AAS!)
    look for Nitric Oxide boosters, protein mix/weight gainers, BCAAs, creatine. These supplements can give you a big boost in gains if you really work hard for it.

    Steroids arent a magic pill that make you big, they only enhance what you do with your diet and exercise, and with your stats and age; you havent put in the time nor effort to be ready for this.

    If ya stick around and read and learn, you will see what proper use of AAS should be and become more educated. With your original post, you really are clueless on AAS and prolly mess up your hormones in ur body. You wanna be able to keep it up when your 28 right? and have kids? and not tear your tendons/ligaments off their attachments? *which btw is a VERY painful surgery and rehab process which will make your newly gained muscles shrink to smaller than what you started with.

    Take 2 examples.

    Example 1. He trains naturally till 25 years of age and hits 210lbs 6ft 10bf%. Hes got his diet and training in check. But now he's hit a wall. So he thinks about AAS.

    Example 2. Has NOT trained to his natural potential, or anywhere near it. He is 155lbs 6ft 10bf%. His training is inconsistent and his diet is wrong. He doesnt consume enough cals, protein, carbs for growth at all.

    Both decide to take 500mg/wk Test Enan....

    Example 1. shoots to 225lbs 12bf%. After PCT he holds onto 220lbs. He's upped his cals every week and gained consistently. Thats all on 500mg/wk.

    Example 2. (YOU) has got to 175lbs, same bf%, he holds onto 160lbs. He's put on 5lbs after PCT because his diet sucks and so does his training. He then returns to 155lbs and find it even harder to gain now because he's done a cycle.

    Now...

    Example 1. Could probably gain again on 500mg/wk just fine. Slowly increasing cals. Hold onto 70-99% of his gains.

    Example 2. Now hits 500mg/wk and gains hardly anything, why? Because he's already hit that dose once and didnt have his diet in order.

    So in the long run, your going to be hitting 750mg/wk+ to gain some LBM, where example 1. is still gaining on 500mg/wk.

    You have more risk of health issues, acne, estorgen related probelems, gyno and proastate issues as doses increase. You will not get to where example 1. was unless your now on about 1000mg/wk Test, where example 1. is still just fine gaining, adding new compounds low dose gaining just fine.

    Think about it. Its not hard to understand.

    I was 19 years old, about 175lbs thought like you are thinking, got gyno, got acne (now terrible scars) and one time I could get an erection when I took a bird home. I thought I knew it all, I knew shit.

    Post your diet.
