Hey all, first things first, Stats:
Height = 190cm (6ft 2-3inch?)
Weight= 100kg (220ish pounds?)
Age= 24
bf= 10-12%
Training experiance= 5 years
Cycle exp= one test e cycle at 500mg per week for 6 weeks (had to stop early due to unforseen circumstances) PCT included nolva, clomid and arimidex for 4-5 weeks
Diet = sorted, doing 500 more cal's than i need a week, all good (whole) foods.
now i want to commence my second cycle, i am looking for strength gains, as much as i can get, i was thinking 10-12 weeks of test p, but am unsure as to how much to take? i was thinking of bumping it up to 700mg?
or i was thinking 500mg a week and stacking with something else (if so what best for strength?), but was unsure if stacking with something like winnie/Deca would produce better strength gains than just more test?
as i previously stated im after strength gains, i was considersing stacking with Deca durabolin or winnie, for a kick start
i plan on using Nolva Clomid and Arminidex again for my pct.
